Diagnostics have always been difficult to estimate in advance, after all no one can guess how long it may take to solve a complex problem until you have solved it! In order to make this process easier we have invested heavily in training, equipment, information systems and adopted a procedure designed to keep you in control of your money. If electronic or other diagnostics are required to solve your vehicles problems, you will be provided with an estimate in advance, which will outline the maximum you will authorize spending all taxes and levies included. One of our highly trained technicians will begin the diagnostics. If the diagnostic procedure is completed before the authorize amount, you will pay less (you pay only for the time spent). If, however you have a complicated problem requiring more time, we will stop and contact you. We will outline what your technician has done and reccomends then provide you with a new maximum estimate including all taxes and levies for your authorization.

We will create a maintenance profile for your vehicle listing all the maintenance services your vehicle requires. We enter the interval that the manufacturer recommends well as the last time it was done. Our system automatically calculates the next time the service will be due based on your driving habits.

After the maintenance or repairs are completed on your vehicle, we will discuss your invoice with you in detail. Our invoices are written in everyday language and are extremely easy to understand, they provide a breakdown of information the custom maintenance profile for your vehicle, parts and detailed labor. The final price is based on the estimate previously provided and will always be equal to, or less than what you expected.

Our system will calculate the next time your vehicle requires servicing and make an appointment for it. we will attach a printed appointment sticker to your windshield and phone you the week prior to your appointment to remind you.

What is the difference between a breakdown shop and a maintenance shop (us)?

A breakdown shop is a shop that sees their customer when:
